Ted washed a house for us around Nov 2005, it looked like new and sold in less than 2 weeks. It was under oak trees and was green and black all over. The wooden trim was about to peel but he did not disturb paint at all, it was clean with no chipping up. Again in May 2019 I had him chemically wash our vinyl home which is 16 years old. We had been getting letters from the HOA. They cleaned every inch of it, again with no paint loss on the wooden trim. They scrubbed the underside of the gutters so they are white again. Top to bottom the mildew and stains are gone (even our deck). They did a great job and were easy to communicate with. The subcontractors that he uses have specialized sprayers on poles so everything gets the chemical wash, then light brushing, and rinsing. Wish the guys had worn masks because it had crazy strong chlorine smell. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

James stayed in touch with me and worked with my insurance company and adjuster to ensure process went smoothly as possible for me. Cannot say enough about Jim Lane and Roof Replacement Solutions. They went above and beyond to make sure my new roof was done correctly. I had a small issue with vent several weeks later, probably not their fault, but Jim came back and fixed it anyway, the very next day.
